Acerbunundrum
2015 MA Thesis Exhibition of the Visual and Critical Studies Department at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago
Curated by Danny Floyd for Ballroom Projects April 4-April 26 2015
Acerbunundrum is a group exhibition featuring the work of eight artists: Guy Eytan, Kelly Lloyd, Michael Donovan Moore, Judith Pedroza, Patrick Reynolds, Yuri Stone, Michal Lynn Shumate, and Tina Tahir. Diverse in medium and approach, the works on view are driven by an interest in research, inquiry, and the act of moving from text to object. To be lost in translation is a reality of research and production that this exhibition brings into focus.
